We begin with your consultation and personalised plan. You will receive your first mindset task and movement framework.

Training begins, along with your first one-to-one call. We begin shifting the emotional and behavioural patterns that keep you stuck.
Focus: Building rhythm and identifying obstacles.
🟢 Week 3 – Strength and Self-Talk
We explore your inner dialogue, build emotional resilience, and strengthen your body with mindful intention.
Focus: Self-awareness, mindset, and physical power.
🔵 Week 4 – Integration and Intention
We review your progress and hold your second one-to-one call. You reflect, recalibrate, and move forward with purpose.
Focus: Alignment, ownership, and momentum.
