Maybe life has thrown more at you than you ever expected and you’ve coped, carried on, kept everyone else going. But underneath, you’re running on empty.
Your energy’s not there. Your routine’s disappeared. And the version of you that used to feel strong, clear, or even present, she’s gone quiet.


I know that place.


Not just as a coach or trainer but as someone who’s rebuilt more than once. After brain surgery during COVID, after selling my business, after navigating motherhood, ADHD, and medication that dulled everything, I had to piece myself back together from scratch.

I didn’t bounce back. I rebuilt, slowly and imperfectly with movement, mindset work, and a lot of honesty.


That’s what Back to HER 2.0 is:


An 8-week group experience designed for women who are done with burnout, done with trying to do it all alone, and ready to return to themselves, not some past version, but the woman they actually are now. It blends focused coaching, personalised training, and real-life tools that help you rebuild strength, clarity and resilience in a way that lasts.

Weekly Group Coaching Calls

Every Monday at 8.30pm (UK time), we gather live on Zoom.
These sessions are part reflection, part reset themed around what actually matters:
How you feel in your body. What you believe about yourself. What you’re ready to shift.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, encouraged, and less alone.


Three Private 1:1 Calls with Me

We meet privately three times across the programme in Weeks 1, 4 and 8.
These sessions are for you to go deeper: to explore what’s underneath the fatigue, the stuckness, the “I don’t even know where to start.”

Together, we’ll get clear on what needs your attention and what no longer gets to run the show.

  • Week 1: Your story, your goals, and what we’re really rebuilding
  • Week 4: Midpoint check-in what’s shifting, what’s stuck, what’s next
  • Week 8: Integration celebrating your resilience and mapping your next chapter


Personalised Training Plan

You’ll receive a custom movement plan through my private coaching app designed around your goals, time, energy and access (gym or home-based).
We focus on what’s doable, not what’s “ideal.”Movement is here to support you, not punish you. Strength looks different on different days and that’s allowed here.


Mindset & Habit Tracking

Each week, you’ll have access to simple mindset prompts and gentle accountability tools inside the app. These aren’t for ticking boxes they’re for helping you notice how you’re feeling, where your energy’s going, and what habits are quietly reshaping your life.


Ongoing Support (With Clear Boundaries)

You can message me during the week (Monday to Friday) through the coaching app or by email. I reply within 48 hours. You’ll never be left to figure it out alone but you also won’t be overloaded with check-ins or pressure.

This is coaching for real women with real lives. Honest. Flexible. Human.
