I’m Michelle, a life coach, personal trainer, mother, and woman who’s had to rebuild more than once. After life-changing brain surgery and the transition into motherhood, I learned first-hand how easy it is to lose your sense of self while trying to care for everyone else. Coaching helped me reconnect with who I am and what truly matters, and now I help other women do the same. My approach is honest and down-to-earth; there’s no pressure to be perfect here. Together, we look at what’s holding you back, what you truly want, and how to move forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
