There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and fitness.
Michelle’s philosophy is built around keeping things simple, consistent, and realistic. Progress comes from showing up regularly, building strength over time, and creating habits that fit into your life.
It’s not about extremes, perfection, or quick fixes. It’s about doing the basics well, staying consistent, and building something that lasts.

Michelle is a coach with over 25 years’ experience across health, fitness, yoga, nutrition, and life coaching.
She is also a mother, and understands first-hand the reality of trying to look after your own health while balancing everything else life throws at you. Her work is grounded in real life, not perfect routines or unrealistic expectations.
Michelle’s journey hasn’t been without challenge. Following brain surgery, she had to rebuild her strength, energy, and confidence from the ground up. That experience shaped how she coaches today. It reinforced the importance of patience, consistency, and doing things in a way that is sustainable, not extreme.
Her approach is simple and honest. She focuses on helping people build strength, improve fitness, and create routines that actually fit into their lives. There is no all-or-nothing mindset, no over complication, just practical coaching, support, and accountability.
Michelle works with people at all stages, whether they are starting out, getting back into training, or looking for more structure and direction. Her goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of your health.
